Exchanges are only permitted if you receive the wrong item (incorrect product, size, or color that does not match your order confirmation).
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Clear photos of the incorrect item must be provided.
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and ship the correct item once the original is received.
